Description: Teresa has been part of the Republic Parking/Reef Parking team since 2009 and has been in the parking industry since 2003. She started as an evening cashier and quickly moved her way up into a management position with all her hard work at the Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco, WA. She was promoted to Regional Training and Operations Manager in 2019 where she assisted opening new locations for the company. She also assisted multiple locations in training new managers and staff throughout the country implementing company policies and procedures. Teresa is responsible for multiple airport operations in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and North Dakota. Even before taking this position, she was assisting with these locations. As well as offer support for multiple other locations in other states.

Her responsibilities include revenue control, customer service, P&L performance, hiring and training of operation teams. She is a great leader and leads her team into success daily. She is great with attention to detail and providing first class operations at all facilities.
