This program allows someone to purchase a designated number of “uses” per month rather than a monthly parking permit. The rate for each use is discounted from the posted daily rate. Students can choose to purchase their uses on a monthly or quarterly basis. The specific number of uses are redeemed through a digital code process in the Flowbird Mobile Payment App. Once the number of purchased validations are used, the code will no longer work until more are purchased. Limited use permits can be used in a public parking area on a first-come/first-served basis and allow customers in and out parking privileges for the specified location 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
