Description: Vince joined our Seattle area management team since 2004. He oversees Class A office and multi-use facilities in Seattle. In addition to Seattle, Vince oversees operations in Idaho and Oregon.

Prior to coming to work with Republic Parking, Vince spent 11 years in the hospitality industry in various management roles in Seattle.

Vince's strong background in hospitality service grants him with the knowledge and skills to provide superior customer service to our clients and customers at the highest level. His experience in operations enables him to deliver sound business practices and lead his management team to exceed client expectations.

Name: Randy Brehm

Location: Seattle

Title: Director of Self Park Operations

Description: Randy joined us in 2005, bringing his highly valuable 7 years of parking management experience. Now with over 15 years experience in operating and managing self-park and residential locations, Randy may be the most experienced active self-park manager in the City of Seattle.

Randy is regarded widely for his expertise on strategic planning, management, customer service, and marketing. Property Managers and owners appreciate his efforts in maximizing their return; primarily due to his attention to detail in terms of providing a safe, clean and competitively priced parking area while strategically scheduling enforcement times. Randy openly acknowledges that parking demand in any Seattle neighborhood can and will change rapidly, sometimes even daily.

Randy is a proud alumnus and graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Name: Eli Armitstead

Location: Seattle

Title: Director of Operations

Description: Eli began his career with Republic Parking in August of 2007 as the assistant cruise parking manager for Pier 66 and Terminal 91 cruise parking operations. Eli moved up in the company and managed 11 different garages during his tenure. Eli has a vast experience in event, valet, and Class A building garage management. The diversity of garages he has managed lets him bring a broad parking perspective to his team. Eli is very strong in his financial reporting and takes pride in providing his clients with accurate monthly parking reports and budget forecasting.

Currently Eli oversees five Operations Managers that operate several downtown and waterfront parking facilities, ranging from open surface lots, stand-alone structures, and Class A building garages. The Class A building parking operation he's directly overseeing is Century Square. Eli’s portfolio also has the Bell Street Pier Garage, World Trade Center Garage, and Terminal 91 Cruise Parking.

Name: Ed Danyluk

Title: Sr. Vice President, Pacific Northwest US

Description: Mr. Danyluk has been overseeing the Operations for the Western US since 2013 and has 20 years of experience in the parking and transportation industry. Joining the company in 1997, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility with the company including the integration oversight of many of the company’s largest acquisitions.

Mr. Danyluk’s experience includes developing some of the most successful operating teams in the industry, as well as the oversight of world-class office, event, retail, airport, hospitality, and hotel parking operations.

Title: Regional Director

Description: George joined the RPNW team in 2018 as the Regional Director overseeing all operations in the Seattle and Bellevue areas. George has in excess of 30 years’ experience leading service-based organizations and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, a professional product, and a positive working environment for all our employees.
